How do I sign up for a class?
Use our Class Schedule to sign-up for a class. You can buy & book classes on our website or using the Walla App. If you’re unsure about what class package to buy, visit our Memberships & Pricing page for more details. And if this is your first time trying Hot Yoga, Good News! You came to the right place!

when is my billing date?
If you have our Monthly Unlimited Membership, you will be billed on the same day every month, corresponding to the day you first purchased the membership. Billing Date & all other membership information is accessible in your Walla Account.

how do i cancel my membership?
You may cancel anytime with a minimum of one week’s notice before your renewal date by emailing us at info@sweetheathotyoga.com OR calling 831-333-1007. We will always inform you of how many days are remaining on your membership after cancelling, so you can keep enjoying classes until it officially expires. Membership and billing details are visible in your Walla Account.
can i put my membership on hold?
There are no pauses, holds, or extensions available for our memberships, but you can cancel anytime in advance of your billing date.

All class purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. All purchases activate upon purchase.
Memberships and class cards are for individual use only and may not be shared, extended, or modified. Classes and Guest Passes reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
All memberships are billed automatically each cycle. You may cancel at any time with a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to your renewal date by emailing info@sweetheathotyoga.com OR calling 831-333-1007.
