Sweet Heat Hot Yoga
Bluer Than True
For nearly 30 years, Sweet Heat Hot Yoga has specialized in delivering a traditional Hatha Yoga practice comprised of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises.
Monterey Bay, we Love You!
Mother Earth, we Love You!
Our yoga school is a resource, one that can help you feel better. It is that simple. Come try a class, make some time to care for yourself, and you will have so much more to give – for you, and those you Love.
Way Beyond The Blue
Realize your potential.
Along the way, you’ll discover and examine the humorous and, at times, challenging episodes of daily Life. What happens in the studio, does not stay in the studio. The wisdom of intuition will appear more and more as you start to actually “practice” yoga, union.
